In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us to seek Gods' kingdom first and everything else will be added unto us. How do we put Him first?
1. Stop Worrying
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat (or drink), or about your body, What you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?" (Matthew 6:25).
According to devotional writer Oswald Chambers, worrying means that we do not think God can look after the practical details of our lives.
2. Stop Seeking What the Pagans Seek
"So do not worry and say 'What are we to eat?' or 'What are we to drink?' or 'What are we to wear?' All these things the pagans seek. Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all" (Matthew 6:31-32).
Trust that God is looking after you and He provides for you.
3. Start Seeking God's Kingdom and Righteousness
"But seek first thev kingdom (of God) and his righteousness, and all these things will be giveen you besides" (Matthew 6:33).
Get to know "His way of doing thinfs and being right." Give God makes top priority in your life by following His Word and living your life to please Him.

Here are some reminders when working out in the sun:
* Don't wait until you're thirsty before getting a drink. By then you're already dehydrated. Drink lot of fluids - especially water, juice and non-caffeinated drinks 15 minuts before your workout and every quarter of an hour throughout the exercise.
* Try to avoid staying under the sun from 10 AM to 3 PM when its rays are at its fiercest. This will be caused skin cancer and other skin disorders.

6 Success Strategies for a Bad Economy
Most of the companies here and around the world experienced global competition in able to gain customer satisfaction and to meet quality standards and services. Here is Robert Half International's article entitled "6 Success Strategies for a Bad Economy" (http://msn.careerbuilder.com)
In the current economy, every worker is looking for a leg up on the competition. But knowing how to advance your career or simply prove your value to your employer can be difficult. Consider the following six tips to position yourself for success in any economy, particularly an uncertain one like today's:
1. Be open to change.
A common reaction when many aspects of your life are in flux is to cling to your usual ways of doing things. But uncertain times call for individuals who can adapt to new ways of working. Adopt an open-minded approach and remain enthusiastic even when there are shifts in organizational structure, procedures or workload.
2. Look for new opportunities.
Keep in mind that changes to your organization or role aren't simply something to cope with; they could bring new opportunities. If the size of department has decreased in recent months, for example, you may be asked to shoulder new responsibilities, which, down the road, could position you well for advancement.
3. Don't overdo it.
Even in tough times, it's important to establish boundaries. It's never a bad idea to volunteer for projects that allow you to build new skills and experience, especially if your team is short-staffed. But taking on too much can lead to burnout and lackluster work. If you feel overwhelmed with the number of projects on your plate, ask your manager to help you prioritize. He or she may be able to work with you to find a solution, whether it's bringing in a temporary worker or delegating some projects to another colleague.
4. Keep a cool head.
In the midst of budget cuts or layoffs, it's easy to be so worried about your own situation that you lose focus. While it's natural to be concerned about your job, your colleagues and your company when business is slow, avoid obsessing over "what might happen." It's better to be the steady hand during turbulent times. Pay attention to your company's situation and take action where necessary - after all, you don't want to bury your head in the sand. Just avoid becoming so consumed with speculation that you fail to do good work.
5. Know your skill set's expiration date.
Prove yourself indispensable by staying current with all software and systems used by your company, and make sure your customer service skills shine. Do so not only to maintain your value to your current employer but also to remain marketable if you do find yourself back in the job market. Whether it's refining your communication skills or becoming an expert in a software program relevant to your field, always strive to continue your professional development.
6. Take your blinders off
No matter the state of the economy, keep your eyes open for new opportunities that allow you to advance professionally. You don't want to jump recklessly from one employer to another, but you should be prepared to make a move if the right opening presents itself. Be sure your résumé is up-to-date, and keep in contact with people in your network to get a feel for what opportunities exist in your field.
It's unclear how long the current downturn will last, but the above advice can help you weather the storm. Being proactive and keeping a steady hand when times are turbulent will benefit you now and pave the way for success once conditions improve.

My Fave 80's Hits (New Wave)
TRUE FAITH
(New Order)
I feel so extraordinary
Something's got a hold on me
I get this feeling I'm in motion
A sudden sense of liberty
I don't care cause I'm not there
And I don't care if I'm here tomorrow
Again and again I've taken too much
Of the things that cost you too much
Chorus:
I used to think that the day would never come
I'd see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun...
When I was a very small boy,
Very small boys talked to me
Now that we've grown up together
They're afraid of what they see
Thats the price that we all pay
Our valued destiny comes to nothing
I can't tell you where were going
I guess there was just no way of knowing
(Repeat Chorus)
I feel so extraordinary
Something's got a hold on me
I get this feeling I'm in motion
A sudden sense of liberty
The chances are we've gone too far
You took my time and you took my money
Now I fear you've left me standing
In a world that's so demanding
(Repeat Chorus)
CHANGE
(Tears for Fears)
You walked into the room, I just had to laugh
The face you wore was cool, you were a photograph
When it's all too late, it's all too late
I did not have the time, I did not have the nerve
To ask you how you feel, is this what you deserved?
When it's all too late, it's all too late
Chorus:
Change, You can change
Change, You can change
And something on your mind became a point of view
I lost your honesty you lost the life in you
When it's all too late, it's all too late
We walk and talk in time, I walk and talk in two
Where does the end of me become the start of you
When it's all too late, it's all too late
(Repeat Chorus)
What has happened to the friend that I once knew?
Has he gone away?
When it's all too late, it's all too late... Change
(Repeat Chorus)

An Open Letter to GOD
This letter is one of my touching experience in my life during a retreat at Caleruega Convent, Nasugbu, Batangas. Here's a letter that can relates to our daily lives...
My Love _______. (Song of Solomon 10:6)
I love you (Jn. 15:9). I have called you by your name,
you are mine (Is. 43:1). Before I formed you, I knew you.
Before you were born, I consecrated you (Jer. 1:5). You did
not choose me, I chose you (Jn. 15:16).
Because you are precious to me, and honored, I love
you (Is. 43:4). I haved loved you with an everlasting love so I
continue to show you my constant love (Jer. 31:3). How can
I abandon you? My love for you is too strong (Hos. 11:8).
Can a woman forget her own baby and not love the
child she bore? Yet, even should she forget, I will never
forget you - I can never forget you. See, I have graven you
on the palm of my hand (Is. 49:15-16). For I, the Lord your
God, am holding you by the right hand (Is. 41:13).
Do not be afraid I have redeemed you (Is. 43:1 ) I am
with you (Is. 43:5). And be sure of this, I am with you always
until the end of the world... (Mt. 28:20).
Do not let your heart be troubled. Trust in me (Jn.
14:1). I will help you (Is. 41:14). When you pass through deep
waters, I will be with you. Your troubles will not overwhelm
you. The hard trials that come will not hurt you (Is. 43:2).
Do not worry (Lk. 12:9). Even the hairs of your head
have all been counted, so there is no need to be afraid of
anything (Mt. 10:30). The mountain may depart and the
hills will be shaken but my steadfast love for you will never
end (Jn. 54:10).
Come, my love (Song of Solomon 2:10). Come, I will lead you into
solitude and there I will speak tenderly to your heart. I will
be true and faithful. I will show you constant love and make
you mine forever. I will keep my promise... and you will really
know me then as never before (Hos. 1:14, 19-20). I am who
am (Ex. 3:14). I am the Lord your God (Hos. 13:4).
...the FAITHFUL GOD. (Hos. 11:12)
"For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only SON, so that everyone who believes in HIM might not perish but have eternal life."
